Ensuring Full Literacy in a Multicultural and Digital World

We are thrilled to be part of a new research project studying the evolving literacy landscape.

Ensuring Full Literacy in a Multicultural and Digital World is a seven-year long project led by Professor Janet Werker, co-director of the University of British Columbia’s Language Sciences Initiative. Consisting of an interdisciplinary team of academics and community partners, it aims to shed light on how literacy is changing in a digital and multicultural world, especially in light of the impacts of COVID-19.
