Fundraising Manager (PDF)

Description: Full-time, permanent staff role. The Canadian Children’s Literacy Foundation (CCLF) is seeking a Fundraising Manager to play a central role in growing and evolving our philanthropy program, with a focus on building meaningful relationships with existing and prospective donors.

Reporting to and working very closely with the CEO, the Fundraising Manager is responsible for the full fundraising cycle for major gifts, grants, individual giving, and corporate philanthropy. The goal will be to diversify funding and create consistent fundraising revenue. Critical to the success of this position is balancing a deep understanding of our programs (including maintaining strong relationships with our team) while being able to implement fundraising programs in a small organization without much administrative support.

Policy Analyst (PDF)

Description: Full-time, four month contract with targeted September 2021 start date. Reporting to and working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, the Policy Analyst will be responsible for supporting CCLF’s work to develop detailed policy recommendations as to how to make improved children’s literacy a foundational priority in the new Canada-wide early learning and childcare system.
